Flea Lane Poor MM pickup model?

Hi there, I would really appreciate and be thankful if you could find out what Lane Poor MM model there was/is in his signature Modulus BLUE flakes? I think he has one blue flakes, with the sticker that reads: "A Flea still drinks the blood of those who wouldn't harm a Flea". He played with it on "Off The Map", RHCP's first DVD.

I was searching everywhere but couldn't find anything. I know it sounds a little bit wacky but I really wan't to know... I'm blown away from the sound of that Lane Poor MM pickup model!!!

MM4DW
MM4DN
MM4DV
